A workshop at DBT-BIF, Translational Bioinformatics Group, ICGEB, to provide theoretical and practical training for analysis of High-Throughput data generated from different techniques. The workshop course is designed to aid young scholars/ researchers in understanding and analyzing variety of HT dataset at basic level. In the two-days workshop following topics will be covered:

• Mass spectrometry based quantitative proteomics for beginners.
• Introduction to methods for molecular docking and HT virtual screening.
• Introduction to basic techniques in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis.
