About:
This online tool converts protein sequence (Unaligned FASTA format) in PSSM and / or SSC matrix and
generate a input file for generating model file through SVM_learn.
How to use :
Upload Postive dataset and then negetive dataset (next step), this will generate input file for SVM_learn.
