Select repeats having mismatch (M)   
Choose M >= 1.


Select repeats having length (L)          
Default length (L) = 5, Choose L >= 5.


Select repeats having similarity (S)     
Minimum Similarity (S) = 60%
Similarity (S) >= Identity
