• iRSVPred 2 (“We”, “Our”, “Us”) is committed to protecting the personal information provided by the users (“You”,“Your”,“User”) to us. By using iRSVPred 2, you consent to the collection, retention, and use of your limited information (only uploaded images) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
• We take the privacy of our users seriously and maintain a high standard of security.
• No user information is rented or sold to any third party. While we do our best to protect your information, the transmission of information over the internet or telephone networks is not completely secure.
• Access to the contents available through the app is conditional upon your approval of this Privacy Policy.

Permissions used by the app

• android.permission.INTERNET: To check whether connected to network
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To access information about networks
• android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To upload the query images
• android.permission.CAMERA: To capture images from device camera (optional)

Information collected

In order to provide the app, we may require you to provide us with certain information.

• User-uploaded images are vital for the functionality of the application, as prediction models are run on your image queries.
• If you communicate with us via email or other means, any information provided in such communication may be collected by iRSVPred 2.

Help and support

• For using iRSVPred 2 Android Application, the user needs to grant storage read permission for uploading query images to the server for classification and prediction.
• The user is also required to give camera access if they wish to click and upload query images.
• Internet access will be required for uploading files and retrieving results.
• We periodically (every 30 days) remove all user data.
• If a user wants to remove uploaded images, they may contact us through the app's built-in contact feature or email us at hemant@icgeb.res.in and we shall be immediately be removing the data.

Disclosure of personal information

• We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties.
• We use our best efforts to use information in aggregate form for various purposes, and we reserve the right to disclose personal information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of iRSVPred 2 or its users.

Confidentiality and security

• We will keep your personal information private and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
• We follow industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, but there is no guarantee of complete security. If there are unintended disclosures, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

Updates and changes to privacy policy

• We reserve the right to add, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy. Please review it frequently. Any information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of collection.

Restriction of liability

• iRSVPred 2 makes no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents available through the app and disclaims liability for errors and omissions. No warranty of any kind is given with respect to the contents available through the app or its links to other internet resources.
