pSATdb 2.0

A database of organellar common, polymorphic, and unique microsatellites

Total genera explored in pSATdb

The database provides genus-specific information on the length variation of organellar (mitochondrial and chloroplast) microsatellites in two major taxonomic groups: Metazoa and Viridiplantae. In Metazoa, mitochondrial genomes from 2044 genera were analyzed, while in Viridiplantae, 1208 genera were studied, comprising 1138 with chloroplast genomes and 70 with mitochondrial genomes
