The workshop on Advanced Structural Bioinformatics is intended to train coordinators, bioinformatics centre staff, post-doctoral fellows and students in bioinformatics (preferably linked to DBT BTISNet centres) in the area of structural bioinformatics. The workshop will focus on lectures and demo/hands-on session on Protein structural modeling, molecular dynamics simulations , molecular docking and structure based drug designing.
