The “One Day Workshop on Basic and Advance Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Data Analysis” is intended to train coordinators, bioinformatics centre staff, post- doctoral fellows and students in Bioinformatics (preferably linked to DBT BTISNet centres) in the area of NGS data analysis. The workshop will include lectures and illustrative sessions on NGS data pre-processing, Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) data assembly and annotation, RNA-Seq data analysis etc.
